Based on the 1967 movie, we find small town Millie Dillmount dreaming of big city life. It’s not stardom she seeks, but the heart of her rich and handsome new boss she requires. If a girl is going to fall in love, she might as well fall for a rich man!

Millie finds lodging in the cheap “Hotel Priscilla” run by Mrs. Meers. Unknown to Millie, Mrs. Meers is really selling her lodgers into white slavery.

Millie, enthralled with the flapper lifestyle of New York, finds a friend in aspiring actress, Miss Dorothy Brown as she thwarts the advances of poor-as-a-churchmouse Jimmy who wants her to choose real love over fortune hunting.
